Support, configure, and maintain Infor CloudSuite ERP systems; gather requirements, produce functional specs, create RICE customizations, build reports/dashboards, perform data analysis, integrate ERP with other applications, develop test plans, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system documentation to improve healthcare business processes.

Lead and optimize medical supply chain operations across hospital and clinics: oversee inventory, ordering, vendor management, recalls, emergency preparedness, supervise staff, ensure compliance, and liaise with departments and community.
