Develop internal IT capabilities, troubleshoot complex issues, support acquisitions and expansions, and partner with leadership to improve productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen security.

Coordinate remote vehicle deliveries, pick-ups, and drop-offs while providing concierge-level client service. Manage appointments, personalized communications, and use video conferencing, e-signature, and CRM tools to ensure seamless, flexible, customer-centric experiences.

Lead and manage the dealership sales team to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets. Desk deals with F&I, monitor CRM and lead follow-up, manage inventory presentation and pricing, coach and recruit sales consultants, produce forecasts and reports, and coordinate with accounting, service, and parts to ensure operational compliance and smooth customer experiences.
