Serve as front-desk first contact, manage calls and appointments, perform data entry into client systems, support outreach and engagement, handle administrative tasks, and assist with client conflict de-escalation and documentation to support program operations.

Provide administrative and staff support in a residential special education school: manage confidential records, coordinate meetings and transportation, handle mail, track logs and keys, assist with purchasing and invoicing, support IEP and data entry, maintain HIPAA/FERPA compliance, and communicate with families and agencies.

Ensure compliance and continuous improvement across Fedcap contracts through audits, site visits, SOP development, data analysis, corrective action plans, stakeholder reporting, and implementing quality improvement initiatives to meet contract KPIs and regulatory standards.

Lead and oversee all WeCARE program operations for Manhattan/Staten Island, manage contract and budget, ensure HRA compliance, supervise leadership team, monitor performance metrics, drive quality improvement, stakeholder relations, and program innovation.

Provide front-desk and administrative support including greeting participants, answering phones, outreach to no-shows, scheduling, data entry, scanning and maintaining participant records, printing and reviewing reports, obtaining consents, and assisting staff with clerical tasks.
