Serve as the Product Owner between Global Services and Systems Integration, translating business needs into solutions, driving Oracle on‑prem to Fusion Cloud migrations, managing the product backlog and prioritization, ensuring adoption and metrics, coordinating across IT and business stakeholders, mitigating risks, and delivering agile, customer‑focused service and systems solutions.

Support manufacturing by identifying and leading process and quality improvements, resolving production quality issues, validating packaging, performing statistical analyses (DOE, capability, hypothesis testing), and driving root-cause corrective actions using lean Six Sigma methods. Interface with cross-functional teams for new product introduction, efficiency gains, and stop-ship/quality alert resolution while preparing process and product reports and participating in continuous improvement activities.

Lead technical delivery and architecture for Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud migrations. Act as SME between business, enterprise architecture, vendors, and IT teams; drive roadmap, CI/CD improvements, Fusion deployments, and team leadership using Agile Scrum to ensure scalable, secure ERP solutions.

Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, and optimization across Sales Operations and cross-functional teams. Develop enterprise process maps, SOPs, KPIs, and governance. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, drive Lean and automation initiatives, support Salesforce and system implementations, perform root cause analysis, and measure process performance to increase efficiency and standardization.

Manage Avigilon channel partner relationships across West Texas to grow video security business. Hunt new accounts, build and maintain sales funnel, forecast revenue, conduct calls and presentations, support solution development, maintain Salesforce, collaborate with marketing, and travel ~50% to territory to meet quotas.

Serve as a Business Analyst for Sales Operations: gather and validate requirements, pre-vet and groom backlog, create Jira user stories, support sprint planning, coordinate UAT and testing, track bug resolution, and verify post-release deployments to ensure predictable delivery.

Provide remote and onsite system administration for PremierOne CAD/RMS, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, perform maintenance and patching on physical and virtual servers, run diagnostics with approved MSI tools, implement operational efficiencies, follow change management, and build customer relationships while escalating issues as needed.
