Drive AI-native transformation across physical security products, define business outcomes, guide customer discovery and experimentation, and coordinate engineering, design, sales, marketing, support, and customer success. Recruit and develop product managers, manage enterprise software investments, improve revenue and retention, and deliver successful go-to-market launches.

Leads front-office transformation across the Quote-to-Cash journey by mapping customer and seller experiences, redesigning quoting and deal configuration processes, and defining user-centric requirements for Salesforce, CPQ, and budgetary quoting tools. Partners with Sales, Product, IT, RevOps, Finance, and UX teams to create transformation roadmaps, facilitate executive alignment, improve sales velocity, reduce rework, and increase adoption of redesigned processes and seller technologies.

Develop Android mobile applications for public safety customers across requirements gathering, architecture, design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement. Interns may use Kotlin, Android Studio, Android Framework components, RESTful APIs, Git, and Android security mechanisms while working within Agile software development practices.

Manage relationships with distributor branches to grow Pelco product sales across the Northwest. Develop and execute channel sales strategies, provide training and sales support, conduct business reviews, manage inventory and forecasting, analyze performance and competitors, and collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue and market share goals.

Design high-level service architectures and HLDs to align with Global Services strategy; collaborate with product and operations teams, support platform deployments, guide tool selection, and present architectural recommendations to leadership.
