Entry-level Sales Trainee supporting Sales Managers and Consultants. Interact with customers to guide vehicle purchases, present vehicle features and finance options, follow up with prospects, track customers in dealership systems, and attend product training.

Sell new and pre-owned Acura vehicles by guiding customers through selection, test drives, follow-ups, and relationship building. Deliver excellent customer service, represent the dealership professionally, and meet sales goals.

Lead and develop the Finance & Insurance team; present protection products; secure customer financing and lender approvals; submit deals electronically; enter and process transactions and paperwork per DMV and lender requirements; track receivables; support sales team and participate in store meetings; obtain required licensing within 90 days.

Work directly with customers to guide them through pre-owned vehicle purchases: present features, financing and warranty options, use CRM to track interactions, follow up with prospects and past customers, meet sales goals, stay current on inventory and promotions, and participate in training.

Handle inbound internet, phone, text, and email sales inquiries; build rapport, schedule and confirm appointments, follow up on leads using CRM, maintain accurate customer records, and support the sales team to meet performance goals.

Sell new and used vehicles by advising customers, presenting features and benefits, prospecting new business, following up with clients, and delivering outstanding customer service to meet sales targets.
