Your goal is to build lasting relationships and help customers find the right pre-owned vehicle to fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
Responsibilities
Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, from initial contact through delivery.
Present vehicle features, model options, warranties, financing solutions, dealership programs, and service offerings.
Understand customer needs and recommend the best pre-owned vehicle solutions.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and previous customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
Utilize dealership CRM and management systems to accurately track customer interactions and sales activities.
Stay up to date on inventory, market trends, product knowledge, and dealership promotions.
Participate in ongoing sales, product, and customer service training programs.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals while providing an outstanding customer experience.
Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and technology tools.
