Administer and sustain the Clarity PPM environment for 750+ projects: configure system components, support integrations and XOG jobs, develop custom .NET integrations, maintain CI/CD and DevOps practices, produce SQL/NSQL reports, troubleshoot application issues, train users, and collaborate with IT, vendors, and business units to ensure reliable system performance.

Manage and secure enterprise data systems, govern statewide Power BI and AI readiness, maintain ETL/data integration, ensure data quality and compliance, support cloud migration, provide reporting and user support, and collaborate across agencies to enable data-driven decision-making.

Provide legal counsel on privacy and HIPAA compliance, lead privacy investigations, review contracts and data-sharing agreements, draft policies and regulations, conduct risk assessments and training, and advise internal stakeholders on data governance and IT-related legal issues.
