Processes real estate-related expenses and payables for Trust Real Estate properties. Provides administrative support to Real Estate Officers, maintains financial records, and supports property management activities. Requires Microsoft Office proficiency, basic accounting knowledge, relevant business experience, and familiarity with the PDS trust real estate management system.

Supports the bank’s Technology Risk Management Program by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting technology risks across IT systems, infrastructure, applications, vendors, and business continuity. Coordinates cross-functional risk assessments, tracks risk exceptions, prepares reporting, and supports regulatory compliance. The role also contributes to project management, process improvement, change management, control framework implementation, and risk oversight.

Performs Federal Reserve, foreign bank, and domestic account reconciliations and related reporting. Uses ARPPA, deposit, wire transfer, general ledger, and other systems to support daily bank operations and respond to branch and business-unit inquiries. Requires accurate data gathering, discretion with confidential information, strong organization, communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills.

Reviews and assesses vendor engagements, performs cybersecurity risk assessments, and supports vendor portfolio management. Collaborates with IT leaders, business partners, executives, consultants, and vendors to develop and execute measurement-based cyber risk management programs. Responsibilities include designing risk workflows, developing security plans and projects, applying risk quantification models, monitoring cybersecurity risks, and managing multiple deadlines. The role also requires regulatory knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, budgeting ability, and Microsoft 365 proficiency.

Processes routine to moderately complex ACH transactions and accounting entries, researches exceptions, balances and analyzes bank records, and provides customer service and guidance to customers, branches, internal departments, and financial institutions. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, strong communication, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a team environment.

Performs fee administration, calculations, allocations, billing, reconciliations, account balancing, and control activities for a wealth management service center. Researches and resolves operational, accounting, and client billing issues; evaluates non-routine transactions; recommends corrective actions; improves controls and risk practices; and supports internal and external audits.
