First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Corporate Card & Commercial Payments Manager to join our Corporate Card & Commercial Payments Department.
Compensation:
The pay range for the role is $125,000 - $150,000/yr; commensurate with experience
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)
Leads the Bank's Corporate Card and Commercial Payments business and serves as the primary business owner responsible for strategy, business development, portfolio growth, product management, customer experience, e-Payables expansion, vendor management, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives.
Partners with Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury Management, Business Services, Operations, Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and third-party providers to deliver innovative payment and expense management solutions that drive revenue growth, deepen client relationships, enhance operational efficiency, and support the Bank's strategic objectives. Ensures the business operates within a strong risk and control framework while delivering exceptional client experience and sustainable profitability.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, marketing, information systems, related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience required.
- Advanced coursework, certifications, or professional training in credit card operations, payments, treasury management, banking, project management, analytics, leadership, or related fields.
- Eight (8)+ years of progressive experience in banking, treasury management, credit card operations, payments, commercial banking, product management, or related financial services preferred.
- Prior supervisory or people leadership experience.
- RFP and client presentation experience.
- Seven (7) years of progressive experience in banking, treasury management, credit cards, payments, commercial banking, product management, or related financial services inclusive of:
- Experience in business development, portfolio management, relationship management, or commercial payment solutions.
- Experience leading projects, process improvements, vendor relationships, or technology implementations.
- Experience analyzing business performance and presenting recommendations to senior management.
- Strong knowledge of commercial payments, treasury management, card products, payables automation, expense management solutions, and emerging payment technologies.
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and portfolio management capabilities.
- Demonstrated strategic planning, execution, and business development skills.
- Strong consultative sales, relationship management, and customer engagement abilities.
- Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
