First Hawaiian Bank is seeking an experienced, growth-oriented Administrative Assistant III to support the Business Services Division.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)
Compensation:
The pay range for the role is $21.50 - $29.50/hour, commensurate with experience.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, the Administrative Assistant III provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Business Services Division. This role supports the Division Manager by coordinating schedules, managing personnel-related processes, facilitating travel administration and supporting division-wide operational activities.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:
- Associate's Degree in Business related field required
- Valid Hawai'i State Driver's license required
- Three (3) years of experience in an administrative support function in a corporate office environment required
- Basic understanding of financials
- Ability to understand debits/credits and create simple financial spreadsheets with additions, subtractions, multiplication and division
