Manage assigned product lines end-to-end: launch planning, market and competitive analysis, sales and marketing collaboration, customer and supplier engagement, sales planning, performance monitoring, and mentoring junior team members. Lead a production engineering team to improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production issues, implement line modifications, coordinate new product launches, mentor staff, and drive quality, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Lead and support process development, kaizen, and capital improvement projects for material storage, conveyance, and inventory management. Evaluate and implement automated logistics technologies (AGV, AMR, ASRS), optimize facility layout and capacity, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and ensure safety compliance.

Lead end-to-end enterprise payroll system programs across North America, driving governance, roadmaps, resource planning, implementation (configuration, data conversion, testing, deployment), risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, compliance, vendor and budget management, and post-production stabilization while promoting process standardization and continuous improvement.

Design, develop, and deploy product simulation, digital twin, and AR/VR solutions to support virtual validation, manufacturing readiness, and operational improvements. Integrate simulation and immersive technologies with PLM/CAD/CAE systems, lead pilots and vendor evaluations, automate workflows, and provide technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration to scale solutions enterprise-wide.

Support North America annual and mid‑term planning, KPI management, governance, and executive meeting coordination. Provide financial and business analysis, identify risks and gaps, drive corrective actions, and support continuous improvement and regional strategic initiatives.

Deploy, configure, maintain, and train users on homegrown and third-party software across North American DENSO sites. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to manage deployments, troubleshoot defects via Help Desk, and contribute to system design and technical decisions to support digitization and autonomous manufacturing initiatives.
