JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Planning Specialist supports regional strategy execution, governance, and management cycle activities across North America. The role collaborates closely with NA senior Leaders, regional management hip and cross functional teams to support annual and mid term planning processes, manage regional KPI performance, and coordinate executive level management activities. provides financial and business analysis to support strategic and operational decision making, This position contributes to the development and deployment of annual policies, and supports governance related initiatives and continuous improvement of management processes. Finally, the position also contributes to regional strategy with the development and implementation of concrete actions that meets NA Leaders expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support annual and mid‑term planning processes, including coordination of planning meetings, preparation of materials, review process organization, and collaboration with NA Leaders and Regional Management on annual operating plans.
- Analyze financial and business data to support executive‑level strategic and operational decision‑making.
- Manage regional KPI processes, including KPI result analysis, issue identification, development of agendas and talking points, preparation of executive summaries, and ongoing performance tracking aligned with regional initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of the company’s annual policy and management direction, supporting CPD Management.
- Support preparation, coordination, and follow‑up of executive‑level meetings across North America, including agenda development and preparation of presentation materials.
- Coordinate across functions to support alignment, cascading of management decisions, and tracking and closure of action items.
- Identify and analyze risks, issues, and gaps in execution, and support development of countermeasures in collaboration with CPD Management.
- Support standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement of planning, management, and governance processes.
- Participate in strategic projects and regional initiatives as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- 3+ Years of Related Experience
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial, business, and operational data to support management decision‑making.
- Demonstrated experience supporting planning processes, KPI management, governance activities, or executive‑level reporting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using financial reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence tools in a corporate environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, structured materials and presentations for senior management.
