Supports plant leadership by designing manufacturing processes and leading cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives using TPS, JIT, and Kaizen principles. Identifies and eliminates waste, improves safety, quality, productivity, profitability, and lead time, and develops standardized work, tools, jigs, and flow racks. Manages automotive customer accounts, develops sales strategies, coordinates orders, pricing, production launches, PPAP schedules, delivery, and cost-reduction efforts. Builds customer and internal relationships, resolves commercial and quality issues, prepares proposals and presentations, tracks sales and market data, researches competitors, supports marketing activities, and represents the company at industry events. Requires cross-functional collaboration with plants, production control, quality engineering, and materials management.

Designs electrical hardware, safety circuits, control systems, and machine software for industrial production machinery. Programs and debugs PLCs, robots, vision systems, and servo motors; specifies components; produces drawings, schematics, manuals, and quotations; and updates documentation during installation. Collaborates with production, automation, and maintenance teams to ensure regulatory compliance, schedules equipment modifications, and may mentor junior engineers. Some domestic and international travel is expected.

Supports customer-facing quality engineering for Cockpit and ADAS manufacturing products and processes. Responsibilities include new product launches, PPAP and APQP, change management, validation planning, customer approvals, product quality monitoring, investigations of returns and failures, inspection support, visual and functional standards, trend analysis, and cross-functional quality improvement across DENSO and customer organizations.

Manages strategic automotive accounts, particularly GM thermal-system buyers and engineering teams. Develops customer relationships, identifies sales opportunities, prepares proposals and forecasts, negotiates pricing, and supports revenue growth. Coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and supply-chain teams to resolve issues and ensure delivery. Monitors competitors, regulations, USMCA requirements, tariffs, and market trends while supporting resiliency and automation initiatives. Represents the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events, and provides guidance to junior colleagues.
