Sell foodservice clients’ products to new and existing operator customers within an assigned territory. Manage operator and distributor relationships, conduct product presentations, execute sales targets, maintain CRM records, and meet activity and close-rate goals. The role requires face-to-face customer calls, daily driving, occasional overnight travel, sales administration, and participation in industry events. Provides high-volume onboarding support for future associates, serving as the first point of contact for questions about I-9s, background consent, training, access, and other onboarding tasks. Records and resolves inquiries within SLAs, escalates complex or confidential issues, supports job profile and requisition reviews, and partners with Talent Acquisition on talent redeployments. Maintains confidentiality, meets service metrics, and delivers a positive candidate experience.

Leads media strategy, planning, buying, execution, optimization, and vendor relationships for assigned client accounts. Develops high-ROI campaigns across digital, performance, commerce, and retail media channels; manages client communications, presentations, success metrics, testing, measurement, and media budgets through insertion orders and purchase orders. Provides strategic guidance to junior staff and builds trusted client and partner relationships.

Leads the enterprise AI control tower, managing intake, prioritization, funding alignment, portfolio visibility, governance, and value realization. Partners with executives across Finance, Strategy, Technology, Data, Risk, Legal, and business units to evaluate AI opportunities, prevent duplication, track investment outcomes, and recommend portfolio trade-offs. Establishes AI operating models, reporting, KPIs, business cases, and executive decision forums while coordinating centralized and business-unit-owned AI initiatives.

Leads enterprise AI governance and Responsible AI programs by embedding risk-based controls throughout the AI lifecycle. Establishes intake, risk classification, approvals, monitoring, inventory, documentation, production-readiness, incident response, and control-validation processes for AI models, agents, copilots, vendors, and data use. Partners with Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Risk, Data Governance, Technology, Procurement, Audit, and business teams. Reports governance status, risks, issues, and control coverage to executive leadership while translating policies into practical procedures, templates, and guidance.

Lead retail sales enablement by developing localized marketing toolkits, channel marketing programs, and training content. Collaborate cross-functionally to align training with client strategies, analyze channel performance using Activate and Circana data, and optimize tactics. Drive e-learning and modern learning experiences, measure impact on retail sales, and manage co-marketing with partners to improve adoption and partner satisfaction.

Lead retailer and manufacturer account strategy, develop and execute growth and trade plans, coordinate Customer Managers, analyze syndicated and financial data, manage promotion and distribution forecasts, optimize trade funds and merchandising targets, and support client reviews and sales calls.
