Provides administrative and clerical support for varsity esports teams. Greets lab visitors, verifies authorized access, manages sign-in procedures, safeguards university esports equipment, reports defective equipment and furniture, and enforces lab rules. The role is seasonal, part-time, and open only to current Post University students eligible for Federal Work-Study.

Supports the Dean with academic and administrative operations for the School of Business. Oversees student appeals, attendance and policy processes, course scheduling, instructional coverage, faculty support, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities include procuring new partners, nurturing existing relationships, organizing on-site events and presentations, maintaining a partnership pipeline, meeting event and lead goals, documenting activities in CRM, and complying with internal and regulatory requirements. The role requires substantial travel throughout the assigned territory and attendance at conferences.

Provides academic leadership and operational oversight for bachelor’s and master’s Data Science programs. Responsibilities include curriculum development, faculty recruitment and evaluation, teaching, student progression monitoring, accreditation reporting, continuous improvement, and collaboration with university departments to support enrollment and program quality. The role requires regular campus presence in Waterbury, Connecticut, despite being remote-friendly.

Supports the Psychology Program Chair by overseeing associate faculty performance, student engagement and retention, course quality, curriculum development, assessment, academic integrity, accreditation activities, and faculty recruitment and mentoring. The role also teaches eight courses annually, participates in university governance and committees, reviews transfer evaluations, and contributes to program improvement and advisory board activities.

Develop favorable media attention for teams, coaches, and the athletic department while coordinating with coaches, university staff, media, campus stakeholders, and the public. Work may include nights and weekends.
