Manage front desk operations and visitor experience, coordinate conference room and visitor reservations, handle calls and deliveries, coordinate meeting services and catering, maintain security access and front desk procedures, perform administrative tasks and QA to ensure excellent client and staff service.

Lead word processing workflow during supervisor absence; manage, prioritize, and complete document requests; monitor equipment, supplies, and temps; perform conflict searches and troubleshoot technical issues; prepare shift reports and maintain confidentiality while supporting lawyers and business services professionals across varied shifts.

Lead and review advanced financial and quantitative models for venture financings, M&A, IPOs, restructurings and other transactions. Build and audit cap tables, liquidation waterfalls, payout and allocation models, and compliance analyses (e.g., 280G, 409A). Validate third-party deliverables, advise attorneys and clients on transaction mechanics, support business development, and drive model automation and process improvements.

Lead Level 3 support and engineering of desktop systems and end-user applications. Design, deploy, and troubleshoot OS/images, patches, application packaging/deployment (MECM/Intune), AVD/VDI, hybrid identity (Entra ID/Azure AD), and automation via PowerShell and Microsoft Graph. Collaborate cross-functionally, create reports/automation, and maintain system documentation and compliance.
