Manage billing, collections and reporting for assigned attorneys. Produce prebills and reports, finalize invoices to client guidelines, submit via e-billing systems, review receivables, coordinate with collections, support testing of billing processes, and respond to billing inquiries.

Designs and manages post–day‑1 onboarding and 90‑day integration for Business Services hires. Builds role/level‑specific integration plans, coordinates stakeholders, develops materials and manager toolkits, coaches managers, measures onboarding effectiveness, and scales orientation programs across U.S. offices.

Supports rates and pricing functions and broader Practice Analysis by consolidating historical data, preparing financial reports, analyzing KPIs (utilization, realization, profitability), collaborating with partners and accounting, and driving automation and process improvements using Excel, Oracle, Smartview, and Tableau.

Manage email marketing and webinar campaigns end-to-end, support CRM list building and data quality, produce email performance reports, update website content, assist internal stakeholders and Digital Marketing team on processes and special projects.
