Perform weekly billing analysis and reconciliation for multiple clients: monitor electronic invoice transmissions, resolve failures and short pays, resubmit corrected invoices, research and recover outstanding balances, coordinate collections and stakeholders, report issues and dollar amounts to leadership, and drive process improvements to reduce aged receivables.

Lead and optimize last-mile home delivery operations across regional locations. Ensure contract metric compliance, maintain operational standards, hire and develop staff, manage contract drivers, oversee P&L, build customer relationships, and support national sales growth initiatives.

Supervise overnight last-mile operations: assign shifts, manage trailer unloading and inbound flow, train associates, ensure tools/supplies, enforce safety, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive receiving and outbound readiness.

Provide logistics support including order entry, routing and dispatching, traffic coordination, monitoring pickups/deliveries, communicating status to account managers and customers, taking driver check calls, investigating shipment issues, scheduling appointments, and routing drivers.

Supervise last-mile associates to maximize productivity and safety. Assign and monitor work, instruct on equipment and procedures, manage inventory and supplies, ensure safety compliance, and address performance issues to maintain efficient operations.
