Provides logistics support by entering customer loads, coordinating routing and dispatch, monitoring pickups and deliveries, communicating shipment status, validating delivery data, documenting overages or damages, scheduling appointments, and directing drivers. The role requires at least one year of logistics experience and involves an afternoon-to-midnight Monday through Friday shift.

The Account Executive in Brokerage will develop leads, negotiate rates, manage customer relationships, and maintain sales metrics. Responsibilities include collaborating with a team and ensuring effective shipment procedures.

Partner with Sales Operations and financial services teams to improve lead generation, customer outcomes, and revenue impact. Participate in customer and partner meetings and quarterly business reviews.

Provides logistics support for last-mile transportation operations, including load entry, routing, dispatching, traffic coordination, delivery scheduling, shipment monitoring, driver check calls, status updates, and documentation of overages, shortages, and damages. Ensures accurate load data, timely deliveries, and effective communication among customers, receivers, drivers, and account managers.

Manages relationships with RXO’s key clients, serving as their primary contact and advocate. Expands customer accounts, develops repeat business, negotiates rates and sales terms, identifies carriers, procures specialized equipment, and maintains accurate shipment, sales, volume, and billing records. The role requires strong knowledge of transportation and client needs while ensuring shipment integrity, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company processes.

Serve as primary contact and relationship manager for top clients, grow and retain accounts, negotiate rates and terms, coordinate carriers and equipment, maintain shipment integrity, update tracking/reporting, and ensure accurate billing.

Administer HR policies and programs for assigned sites, support managers and employees with HR activities and compliance, execute strategic initiatives, manage employee relations, provide HR reporting, and ensure corporate policy compliance. The role requires strong collaboration with site leaders and HR teams, independent prioritization, and monthly travel to business sites up to 50% of the time.

Leads brokerage operations, branch-level P&L, freight-process compliance, vendor relationships, customer onboarding, product development, and sales and operations teams. Drives business and profit growth, ensures regulatory compliance, maintains service standards, and develops team performance against KPIs. Requires seven years of operations experience in a carrier, freight forwarder, NVO, consolidator, or 3PL organization.
