Provides in-house legal counsel to company divisions on legal rights, obligations, and privileges. Responsibilities include managing workers’ compensation and premises liability matters, researching laws and case precedent, drafting and reviewing contracts, handling legal cases including debt collection, and advising on contract, tort, property, labor, employment, consumer, and commercial law.

Operate mail-sorting machinery and automated scanners to process outgoing bulk mail; sort, band, and prepare mail trays and pallets; operate a pallet jack; troubleshoot basic equipment issues; maintain organized work area; cross-train on scanning and document-processing tasks; work scheduled shifts onsite at Menards Corporate Office.

Design, develop, and test machinery and manufacturing processes; implement process improvements; coordinate manufacturing launches and training; create electrical drawings and project documentation; program PLCs and computers (Visual Basic), and support robotic programming and production troubleshooting.

Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated, API, functional, and performance tests and frameworks (Playwright). Integrate tests into CI/CD, mentor junior QA, lead test planning, manage defects, and support test environments and continuous improvement.
