As a Junior Client Document Specialist, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls to collect tax documents from clients, ensuring a smooth process and providing exceptional service while using your bilingual skills.

Manage sales training by reviewing live and recorded calls to identify coaching needs, design and deliver targeted training, provide 1:1 and group coaching, build training content and playbooks, track call quality and conversion metrics, and partner with sales leaders to improve closing rates and customer experience.
