Top performers in this role routinely clear $180,000 – $350,000+ per year while building a winning culture in our Irvine office.

What You’ll Do 
  • Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies that drive revenue growth and team performance.
  • Identify skill gaps and deliver targeted coaching to build a motivated, high-performing sales team.
  • Champion CRM excellence and data-driven decision making to keep operations sharp and efficient.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and prospects to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Inspire your team to consistently smash targets while delivering exceptional client experiences.


What You Bring

Required:


  • Proven track record leading sales teams to exceed quotas in the tax debt industry.
  • Strong experience thriving in a fast-paced, onsite, phone-based sales environment with deep CRM knowledge.
  • The ability to motivate teams, build meaningful client relationships, and navigate challenges with strategy and grit.

Nice to Have:


  • English/Spanish bilingual skills are a big advantage.

Pay Transparency Statement - The expected compensation range for this position is $180,000 – $350,000 per year. This represents a good-faith estimate of the compensation range that Tax Relief Advocates reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of hire. Final compensation offered to the selected candidate may vary based on factors including (but not limited to) experience, skills, education, location, internal equity, and market conditions.
