Lead Lovable's always-on virtual communities (Discord 100k+, Reddit, Facebook), run 2-3 weekly live programs, own moderation systems and volunteer leader programs, manage recording and CRM pipelines, surface community feedback to product and marketing, track community health metrics, and coordinate cross-timezone operations and regular travel.

Own end-to-end mid-market SaaS sales cycles (prospect to contract) with ACVs of $50K–$250K. Build account plans, lead demos and discovery, craft ROI business cases, maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts, collaborate cross-functionally for onboarding and retention, and use customer insights to influence product and GTM strategy.

Design, operate, and optimize enterprise B2B lifecycle and demand-gen programs using HubSpot and AI-driven personalization. Build adaptive, rules-based or algorithmic journeys across channels, run experiments measuring true incremental impact, partner with Data/GTM/Product, and ensure lifecycle messaging is timely, relevant, and on-brand.

Lead frontend design and engineering for landing pages and web experiences. Implement performant, accessible React/TypeScript interactions, partner with designers and marketing, build reusable components, and push web capabilities (animations, micro-interactions, WebGL) to elevate brand and product presentation.

As the Brand Editor & Copywriter, you'll develop and maintain Lovable's brand voice, review content, and manage freelancers while producing high-impact copy.

The Channel Manager will build relationships with partners, advising on strategies where Lovable can assist, driving joint sales efforts and collaborations.
