Lead Lovable’s enterprise transformation function by partnering with executive customers to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-native software. Translate strategy into workflows, prototypes, roadmaps, adoption, and measurable organizational outcomes. Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineering to scope and build solutions, then create scalable transformation methodologies, playbooks, and engagement models across customers, industries, and regions. The role also drives strategic customer opportunities, builds stakeholder alignment, and establishes a new high-performing function.

Own a large scaled-customer book, managing onboarding, adoption, renewals, retention, account health, and risk. Design and operate one-to-many customer education programs, including curricula, learning paths, webinars, lifecycle communications, digital onboarding, and self-service resources. Measure program impact through retention, engagement, activation, and re-engagement metrics. Partner with Support, Product, Sales, and Marketing to resolve blockers, identify expansion opportunities, and scale successful customer motions.

Own Lovable’s website visual direction and brand craft, designing landing pages, campaign sites, and web experiences. Define typography, layouts, imagery, motion principles, and scalable visual systems while partnering with design engineers to ship high-quality, web-native implementations. Collaborate with marketing and brand on launches and positioning, maintain consistency, and push the quality and creativity of marketing sites.

The Solutions Architect will design software solutions, support customer integration, collaborate with multiple teams, and develop frameworks for demos and implementations.

As a Senior Solutions Marketer, you will develop positioning, messaging, and integrated marketing campaigns, while analyzing market opportunities and working closely with product and GTM teams.

Build and manage regional system integrator partnerships, connecting partner motions to enterprise customers, product priorities, adoption, and revenue. Develop delivery capacity, customer-backed offers, repeatable partner plays, and operating processes. Coordinate dependencies across Sales, Product, Engineering, Solutions, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations while evaluating partner performance, customer evidence, economics, and future ecosystem expansion.

Lead Lovable's enterprise and strategic accounts motion: source and close seven- and eight-figure deals, hire and coach strategic AEs, build account plans, navigate multi-stakeholder procurement, and establish Lovable as the platform of choice for large enterprises.

Partner with the Partnerships team to build deal economics, model pricing and revenue-share structures, operationalize contract-to-cash workflows, and create dashboards and governance. Support negotiation, onboarding, billing, and automate partner analysis using AI and data tools.

Own end-to-end sourcing and closing of seven- and eight-figure enterprise deals with Fortune 500 customers. Build account plans, run executive discovery and demos, navigate multi-threaded buying committees, create ROI-driven business cases, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and help shape the strategic accounts playbook and GTM motion.
