The Senior Strategic Finance Analyst will build and improve financial models, support expense controls, develop project plans, and manage data analysis for strategic financial decisions.

Manage customer freight accounts end-to-end: secure capacity, monitor shipments, set up locations/vendors, maintain rates and fuel surcharges, handle detention and AR, and build carrier/customer relationships to meet operational metrics.

Manage daily transportation execution for assigned customer accounts using the TMS: load building, tendering, tracking, carrier coordination, appointment scheduling, issue resolution, invoice/data discrepancy support, and performance analysis to improve service.

Plan and optimize customer load schedules, coordinate delivery appointments, maintain shipment data in TMS and Salesforce, assign carriers, collaborate with dispatch/warehouse, ensure DOT compliance, and support continuous improvement of carrier performance and network efficiency.
