Manage end-to-end freight planning across cross-dock operations, including inbound load building, outbound tendering, FIFO compliance, carrier selection, dock scheduling, and shipment visibility. Analyzes freight, service, margin, and accessorial data; drives mode conversions and lane improvements; governs operational issues and technology escalations; oversees EDI/API integrations and UAT; and leads executive customer relationships, MBRs, and QBRs.

Leads daily execution and performance of an onsite transportation account in partnership with customer and internal teams. Responsibilities include team leadership, coaching, KPI and service monitoring, customer relationship management, issue resolution, continuous improvement, operational reporting, TMS maintenance, and transportation decision-making. The role requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

Leads Uber Freight strategy and planning analytics, including monthly and global business reviews, executive dashboards, competitive intelligence, and strategic initiatives. The role analyzes business performance, develops reporting using SQL and spreadsheets, creates leadership presentations, and collaborates cross-functionally with commercial, marketplace, operations, finance, and technology teams.

Manage high-volume accounts payable activities for multiple vendor accounts, including invoice processing, rate and billing validation, true-ups, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, payment scheduling, documentation, and audit compliance. Coordinate with procurement, finance, internal stakeholders, and vendors while identifying process improvements and maintaining accurate, timely payments.

Manage intermodal shipments from entry through delivery, ensuring on-time performance and accurate status updates. Communicate with customers, carriers, vendors, and logistics teams to resolve shipment issues, coordinate appointments, handle service failures and accessorial information, and maintain relationships. Set up receivers, locations, users, and vendor records while learning customer workflows and business practices. The role is initially onsite in Tinley Park, with hybrid work available after 90 days of training.

Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for Uber Freight’s marketplace growth and integrity products. Own carrier onboarding, engagement, performance management, fraud prevention, risk mitigation, and network liquidity. Use data, AI, experimentation, and customer research to prioritize initiatives, improve experiences, and measure ROI. Coordinate engineers, designers, data scientists, marketing, operations, and risk partners while communicating strategy and results to executives and external stakeholders.
