Builds analytics, forecasting, and decision-support tools for defense aviation, logistics, and supply chain missions. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, stakeholder collaboration, and architectural guidance.

Develops and executes manual software tests for mission-critical systems, including functional, integration, performance, regression, security, and compliance testing. Translates requirements into test scripts, prepares test data, documents results and evidence, tracks defects in Jira, maintains traceability, and collaborates with developers, analysts, DevOps, designers, and stakeholders to verify fixes and improve testing processes.

Supports engineering across the DoD acquisition lifecycle for long-range weapon systems. Develops requirements, architectures, technical documentation, trade studies, cost and risk analyses, and modeling or simulation. Reviews designs and performance data, supports systems integration, testing, verification and validation, technical reviews, source selection, and acquisition decisions. Requires extensive weapons test and platform integration experience, systems engineering expertise, and the ability to communicate technical findings to diverse stakeholders.

Leads site reliability and cloud operations in a secure AWS GovCloud environment. Provides technical expertise across Windows, Linux, and AWS; manages incidents and service degradations within SLAs; streamlines ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, and SAFe processes; develops metrics and reports; documents procedures; coordinates stakeholders and cybersecurity teams; and supports requirements gathering, delegation, and after-hours outage response.

Configure and maintain DevOps tools, container platforms, and CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Kubernetes. Develop automation and scripting solutions, troubleshoot systems, monitor application performance, and recommend technology improvements.
