Lead Orb’s Entitlements and Spend Platform, defining strategy for spend controls, entitlement checks, alerting, and usage analytics. Conduct customer discovery, identify and deliver high-value increments, shape product direction in an ambiguous domain, and partner closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders. The role also establishes product practices and processes as the team grows, with emphasis on B2B SaaS, platform products, billing, pricing, and financially critical systems.

Own application and infrastructure security across an AWS environment: threat-model systems, review designs and code, manage IAM and least-privilege access (including AI agents), establish durable security controls, integrate security into CI/CD and developer tooling, and partner with Adyen's security organization.

Lead a ~30-person engineering org building highly-correct, scalable billing infrastructure. Coach managers and senior ICs, build leadership bench, set technical strategy, partner with product and GTM, and establish lightweight processes and foundations for growth.

Lead full-funnel, integrated marketing to drive demand generation, ABM, outbound, brand, creative, and partner/co-sell motions. Build scalable campaigns, partner with sales and product, and connect marketing directly to pipeline and revenue while executing hands-on in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.

Lead end-to-end design for revenue reporting and invoicing products: run user research and usability tests, iterate with low/high-fidelity prototypes, partner with product and engineering, advance the design system, and measure post-launch outcomes to deliver intuitive B2B SaaS experiences.

Build and own Orb's developer and application platforms: CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, build systems, sandboxes/preview environments, observability, and platform primitives. Improve on-call health, enable AI-assisted development, and partner with security to ensure safe default workflows while driving long-term, cross-quarter initiatives.

Design and maintain core pricing lifecycle primitives, evolve the product data model, and scale real-time ingestion and query systems. Collaborate cross-functionally and engage directly with customers to shape product strategy and deliver reliable, high-performance revenue management features.

Own the technical post-sales journey: lead implementation discovery, map complex pricing to Orb's platform, guide API/webhook/invoice decisions, troubleshoot integrations, serve as technical contact for strategic accounts, and advocate product improvements and documentation.
