Works with business stakeholders and executives to clarify needs, design technical solutions, build AI-assisted prototypes and applications, evaluate SaaS and custom-development options, and transition solutions into production. The role requires identifying scalability, security, reliability, testing, and monitoring gaps while collaborating with engineering teams. Responsibilities also include architectural decision-making, third-party integrations, navigating ambiguity, and delivering enterprise solutions across cloud and microservices environments.

Define and govern ServiceNow architecture and roadmap; lead solution design workshops; architect ITSM, CSM, domain-separated, CMDB, Discovery, integration, and migration solutions; review technical designs; establish governance, security, performance, and upgrade strategies; and mentor technical teams. Collaborate with enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders while delivering enterprise-scale implementations and leading architecture governance.

Analyze Power BI reports, datasets, semantic models, and Alteryx workflows to trace data from source systems through ETL processes. Identify databases, schemas, tables, views, and columns; understand SQL transformations; map data relationships; and create source-to-target mappings and data lineage documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate reporting logic, document architecture, and identify redundant or obsolete data sources.

Lead the end-to-end Data and Reporting function for enterprise applications. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring reporting engineers, reviewing SQL and reporting solutions, developing SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards, gathering client requirements, estimating and planning delivery, ensuring reporting quality, troubleshooting discrepancies, conducting root cause analysis, and establishing governance and review processes. The role also requires cross-functional collaboration with engineering, QA, product, business, and client stakeholders.
