About thinkbridge
thinkbridge builds the business systems growing companies run on: ERP replacements, connected systems, AI agents inside real workflows and modernized legacy software. We have built custom software for growing companies for more than 12 years.
Today we deliver every system with thinkOne, our method that pairs our experts with our agentic engineering and delivery platform. The platform writes much of the code. Our people understand the client's business, work out the right solution and take it to production. A typical system goes live in about four months. Our commitments to clients are written into the contract before a build starts.

Requirements
What You'll Do
- Identify and recruit independent ERP consultants frustrated by the economics of vendor resale, particularly those losing deals on price or losing accounts after implementation.
- Build a pipeline of consultant partners and manage the recruitment cycle from first conversation through signed partnership.
- Educate prospective partners on the program's mechanics: how thinkbridge joins discovery, how engagements are scoped and delivered, how compensation works, and how the partner retains the client relationship.
- Coordinate with delivery leadership to ensure partner-sourced opportunities are accurately scoped before entering thinkOne's AI-native, six-step delivery methodology.
- Maintain a forecast and pipeline view of partner recruitment and partner-originated deal flow, reported to the Head of Growth.
- Represent the program at ERP consultant communities, industry events, and partner-focused forums.
- A track record of recruiting or managing a partner or channel network, ideally in technology services, software resale, or IT consulting.
- Working knowledge of the ERP resale economics this program is built to disrupt: licensing margins, implementation fee structures, and why consultants lose leverage once a platform is live.
- Comfort selling a compensation and relationship model, not a product spec sheet. The buyer is evaluating an ongoing business arrangement, not a system.
- Ability to articulate the value of AI-native architecture and automation, explain thinkbridge's delivery approach, and demonstrate how tailored business systems can address client-specific workflows and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with independent operators who are wary of being disintermediated by the delivery partner they bring in.
- Existing relationships within the ERP consulting community are a material advantage.

What We Do
The year was 2014. Software development was becoming increasingly commoditized. Speed and cost issues were taking priority over strategy, execution, and long-term scalability. Growth-stage companies were getting caught in the middle of it all. If they turned to one of the many smaller dev shops that emerged, they wouldn’t get the strategic capabilities and thinking needed to make their project successful. But if they went with a big consulting firm, the costs would be prohibitive. That’s when a group of consulting and technology veterans came together over a new idea for software development. They knew that developers would get better results if they had more time to think through their projects before rushing straight to coding. And they wanted to start an employee-focused company that was all about enabling developers to do their best work. So they created a new model for outsourced development where developers would spend 80% of their time thinking about the solution and 20% coding it. This would give smaller companies the strategic thinking needed to compete with much larger corporations. Today, thinkbridge is how mid-market companies turn into tech disruptors, drive growth, and increase their valuations. Middle market leaders are no longer stuck between the limitless costs of big consulting firms and the limited capabilities of smaller dev shops. With a unique “think bigger, move faster, go further” approach to technology innovation, thinkbridge has achieved a client NPS rating in the 90s and a client retention rate of over 90%. thinkbridge. There’s a new way there Think Bigger | Move Faster | Go Further
