Lead and manage the company's cybersecurity program, including strategy, governance, risk guidance, incident response, compliance and audits. Oversee security architecture, budgets, vendor relationships, and security awareness. Monitor emerging technologies, recommend controls, and train/mentor team members to improve security culture and ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems.

Manage end-to-end intercompany planning for Lindt US, including forecasting, supply allocation, inventory balancing, S&OP/S&OE ownership, reconciliation of PO/invoice discrepancies, transfer pricing coordination, compliance with global policies, and driving continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and commercial teams.

Provide on-site administrative and clerical support to Production: assist with creating and updating work orders and labels, maintain inventory and cycle counts, support RF scanner use, enter and close work orders in manufacturing reporting systems, report variances, assist with OEE and ERP improvements, and train supervisors and line operators.

Design and develop blended learning solutions (ILT, eLearning, webinars, job aids), administer and publish SCORM content in the LMS, manage compliance training, produce learning analytics and reports, support Workday Learning configuration and rollout, and partner with SMEs and HR on training logistics and improvements.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute medium-to-high complexity CPG projects, including new product commercialization, product changes, and continuous improvement. Create and maintain project plans, tracking tools, and PLM data; facilitate meetings; manage escalations; drive process improvements and on-time launches; present status to management and train stakeholders on project tools and processes.

Lead internal control and compliance activities including SOX testing, risk assessments, remediation projects, and month-end accounting support. Coordinate with internal and external auditors, maintain compliance reporting, manage ERP GRC processes, and support regulatory, tax, and statutory reporting. Provide training, process improvements, and monitor controls to mitigate financial and compliance risk.

Lead shopper and category insights by mining primary and secondary data (including IRI), developing shopper strategies and retailer selling stories, supporting seasonal selling and growth planning, partnering with sales and brand teams, and driving rollout of category and merchandising visions (Perfect Store) to achieve long-term premium category growth.
