Supports marketing strategy and program development for the education market. Create sales enablement assets, support strategic accounts, analyze campaign performance, test growth strategies, and improve awareness, engagement, leads, and revenue across digital channels.

Support product management by coordinating compliance, sales support, intercompany vendor communication, and product operations. Maintain product documentation, track regulatory requirements, assist new product introductions, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate execution of product initiatives.

Run full sales cycle for OrderMesh software and fulfillment solutions: prospect, demo, price, negotiate, close deals, partner with customer success for implementation, and build the revenue engine and future sales team.

Lead UX/UI strategy and governance for an enterprise ecommerce design system. Define scalable, accessible patterns, reusable components, and documentation; collaborate with engineering to advance design-to-code workflows, improve usability, and drive adoption across brands and products.

Lead design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle PIM and Inventory solutions. Configure modules, build integrations and custom extensions, enforce data quality and governance, manage migrations, tune performance, resolve production incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical PIM deliverables and documentation.

Coordinate and manage onboarding and training for Customer Service, Prepress, and other roles. Develop and maintain training materials, track trainee progress, evaluate effectiveness, partner with SMEs and leaders, and foster continuous learning and improvement.

Own and grow assigned client accounts by ensuring satisfaction and revenue optimization. Manage billing/invoicing, job reconciliation, reporting, change requests, ticket resolution, inventory coordination, SLAs, profitability reviews, and on-site client visits. Provide account planning, forecasting, mentor colleagues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client deliverables and business reviews.

Create visual and experiential design solutions across print, digital, and physical environments. Develop brand identities, campaigns, signage, environmental concepts, presentations, and production-ready files. Collaborate with creative leaders, clients, marketers, engineers, and project managers while managing multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and execution requirements. Apply strong typography, composition, storytelling, brand standards, and print-production knowledge to deliver high-quality creative work.
