Serve as the customer-facing project manager liaison between clients and manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery, communicate schedules and updates, resolve production issues, provide sales support, manage multiple accounts, document SOPs, and lead customer meetings to maintain relationships and meet profitability goals.

Create ecommerce and marketing visual assets (product images, banners, email graphics), manage and organize digital assets, collaborate with marketing/ecommerce teams, ensure brand consistency, track requests in Asana, and improve design workflows and asset organization.

Administer and improve health, welfare, and retirement programs including Open Enrollment, vendor/carrier management, compliance, audits, reporting, and employee communication. Partner with HR, finance, and vendors to ensure accurate records, benefits education, and timely execution of renewals and implementations.

Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion implementations, designing integrations, extensions, and data flows. Govern architecture standards, run discovery and design workshops, collaborate with stakeholders and partners, mentor technical teams, support complex deployments and data conversions, and drive post-go-live performance and reliability improvements.

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing and expanding reseller relationships, driving revenue, and providing consultative sales support while working cross-functionally within the company.

Provide vendor and customer support by responding to vendor emails and calls, processing vendor forms and call tags, managing order status/tracking and invoices, and assisting with order reconciliation and other team tasks to ensure timely delivery.
