Maintains equipment inventory accuracy, creates shipments and work orders, monitors overdue equipment, coordinates with terminals and operations teams, updates reports and dashboards, manages customs documentation, reviews invoices, controls positioning costs, and supports vendor performance monitoring. Analyzes discrepancies and escalates exceptions to supervisors without supervisory responsibilities.

Monitors transport, port, and terminal costs to establish accurate standard costs for pricing and shipment profitability analysis. Supervises the accounts receivable team, overseeing collections, key customer accounts, refunds, workload management, reporting, issue resolution, training, and employee development. Ensures compliance with company accounting procedures, minimizes bad-debt exposure, supports departmental strategy, and applies policies consistently. The role also assists management with performance reporting, process improvements, complex disputes, and operational decision-making.

Leads full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, offer extensions, candidate communication, referral programs, pipeline tracking, and hiring-manager coordination. Develops recruitment strategies, builds talent pipelines, represents the company at recruiting events, maintains confidential records, supports regulatory reporting, and ensures compliance with employment laws. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, problem-solving, confidentiality, and Microsoft Office skills.
