Supports next-generation military propulsion development through computational predictions, radar cross-section testing, electromagnetic analysis, CAD modeling, meshing, and post-processing. The intern will collaborate with aerospace, mechanical, thermal, and performance engineers to develop survivability solutions and conduct electromagnetic characterization and radar cross-section measurements. Owns P&L performance, customer and partner relationships, complex aerospace program execution, budgets, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. Oversees program management and business operations while representing the company externally. Builds high-performing teams, drives continuous improvement, and advances hybrid electric power and propulsion capabilities across aerospace markets.

Leads systems integration, requirements management, verification and validation, configuration control, and technical issue resolution across product lifecycles. Manages international engineering programs with responsibility for cost, schedule, deliverables, and customer alignment. Coordinates cross-functional engineering teams, facilitates program reviews, supports cost account management, and communicates project status.
