Collaborates with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams and travels regularly between Valley View and Stow, Ohio.

Leads DuPont’s global transfer pricing strategy, policy development, operational implementation, documentation, compliance, controversy management, audit defense, and tax planning. The role oversees intercompany pricing models, global documentation, regulatory monitoring, financial reporting impacts, risk management, and dispute resolution. It partners with Finance, Tax, Legal, Supply Chain, Treasury, business leaders, and external advisors while leading a global transfer pricing team and advising executives on acquisitions, restructurings, intellectual property, supply chain transformations, and international tax matters.
