SKIN by developing and executing product innovation strategies, identifying market opportunities using consumer insights and social listening, managing the product development cycle and launches, setting pricing and COGS targets, collaborating cross-functionally (R&D, Creative, Sales, QA, Compliance), supporting sampling and education, and presenting opportunities at Stage Gate meetings to drive category growth and market share.

Own the MarTech product roadmap and execution for CDP, engagement platforms, AI-driven personalization, and integrations. Define customer data strategy, taxonomy, identity resolution, and activation for personalization, paid media, and lifecycle messaging while partnering with Data, Engineering, Commerce, and Marketing.

Support account team for e.l.f. brands at Ulta & Specialty channels by managing retailer item setup, digital implementation, sales reporting and analysis, in-store merchandising support, competitive monitoring, administrative tasks, and cross-functional project coordination to maintain strong customer relationships and smooth sales operations.

Lead global innovation product marketing and pipeline across beauty categories. Develop 3-year innovation strategy, identify market opportunities via insights, manage product briefs, pricing, COGs, sampling, and cross-functional execution. Interface with China R&D, present at Stage Gate meetings, and manage one direct report.
