Lead manufacturing engineer responsible for grooving, milling, and cleaning-room processes at Aurora site. Own CNC program development (G/M-code), troubleshoot equipment, drive NPIs/PCNs, lead continuous improvement and qualification efforts, apply DOE/Six Sigma/SPC, and support safety/EHS and equipment installation projects.

Lead development of next-generation CMP pad polymer systems by designing formulations, integrating processing and characterization, applying DOE and statistical analysis, and scaling technologies to manufacturable products. Lead services product marketing for Electromechanical Devices & Instrumentation: define positioning, GTM strategies, messaging, and sales enablement. Drive launches, pricing, upsell/cross-sell, customer research, and lifecycle initiatives while partnering with Product, Sales, Services, and Customer Success to grow adoption, revenue, and retention.

Develop, maintain, and execute production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets. Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service to ensure material availability and on-time delivery. Monitor production performance, adjust schedules, analyze data for bottlenecks, maintain ERP planning data, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead design and R&D of electrostatic chucks for semiconductor OEMs, including modeling, prototyping, testing, failure analysis, and statistical data analysis. Manage NPD/NTD projects, define test specs and equipment, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet timelines and performance goals.

As an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer, you will design and enhance manufacturing methods, support production with quality issue resolution, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Support and improve manufacturing systems (MES, LIMS, SPC) by gathering requirements, documenting processes, executing UAT, resolving system issues, reconciling MES-SAP data, building reports/UI, and ensuring compliance while partnering with global teams to implement digital capabilities.

Support R&D and introduction of new processes and metrology for electrostatic chucks: design and test process technology, perform validation and qualification, analyze process data using statistical methods, document processes, train operations, and manage development projects.
