Lead execution of Aprio's client experience strategy: manage VoC programs, analyze feedback, drive journey mapping, coordinate escalations and service recovery, partner with Go-to-Market teams, build playbooks, automate workflows, and report CX metrics to improve client satisfaction and retention.
