Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Intuit Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live support.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent client engagements. Apply project management best practices to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Assess clients’ existing accounting, financial, and operational processes; identify gaps; and design optimized workflows leveraging Intuit solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal leadership, client executives, and Intuit product specialists to align business objectives, establish clear milestones, and deliver measurable outcomes. Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the implementation journey.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports. Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, recommending mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Drive user adoption through tailored training, onboarding, and change management initiatives. Communicate effectively with end-users to build confidence in new systems and processes.
- Monitor system performance post-implementation, oversee issue resolution, and ensure continuous improvement of processes and platform utilization. Provide guidance on system optimization, reporting enhancements, and integrations.
- Ensure implementations adhere to internal controls, GAAP standards, regulatory requirements, and data security best practices. Partner with clients to safeguard sensitive financial and operational information.
- Provide regular executive-level updates on project status, risks, and outcomes. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment between technology and business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years of project management experience in software or ERP implementations.
- Direct experience with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Intuit Enterprise Suite or other Intuit products is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting, inventory management, and payroll processes.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data migration, system integration, and process reengineering.
- Knowledge of third-party add-ons for QuickBooks Enterprise (e.g., Fathom, BILL, Avalara).
