Responsibilities include analyzing RFIs and RFPs, supporting proposal development and reviews, preparing white papers and SBIR, OT, and CSO submissions, advising on contract awards and performance, supporting acquisition strategies, and overseeing program advisory work. The role requires public accounting experience, strong communication skills, accounting education, tax software proficiency, and CPA licensure. Real estate tax experience and a master’s degree in taxation are preferred. Travel is minimal to none.

Manage transfer pricing and broader tax advisory engagements, including researching tax laws, preparing technical memoranda, planning, compliance, controversy support, and benchmark deliverables. Serve as a primary client contact, oversee engagement budgets and profitability, and supervise, mentor, and review tax professionals. Collaborate with firm leadership on client strategy, technical matters, business development, and practice growth while maintaining current knowledge of tax regulations.

Lead Aprio's paid media, search visibility, analytics, and CRO programs. Apply and champion AI across marketing workflows, manage paid search and budgets, build analytics and dashboards, run A/B tests, coordinate with email and website teams, and coach a small remote team to drive demand generation and revenue.

Lead and grow Aprio's ePMO of ~20 BA and PM professionals, own portfolio governance and operating model, deliver complex cross-functional transformation programs, partner with IT and senior stakeholders, ensure disciplined execution, reporting, risk management, and develop PM/BA leadership.
