Manage and grow a named SMB book of business for Intermedia's cloud services by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, preventing churn, delivering proposals/demos, coordinating migrations and onboarding, and meeting individual quota.

Manage procurement across ~$200M spend: author commodity strategies, lead supplier selection/RFPs and contract negotiations with Legal, configure ERPs and tools (Coupa, PowerBI, ServiceNow, Atlassian, AI models), create requisitions/orders, reconcile invoices, onboard vendors, and deliver procurement metrics and strategic initiatives.

Lead and manage complex implementations for enterprise and strategic accounts, focusing on contact center/UC projects. Gather and document business and technical requirements, design IVR call flows and API integration skeletons, coordinate cross-functional teams, test solutions, drive communications, manage change and risk, provide post-launch support, and handle onboarding, billing, and training.

Design, implement, and maintain automation-driven infrastructure for production environments. Develop scripts (PowerShell, Python, Ansible), apply IaC, support virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), maintain monitoring (Grafana, Zabbix), integrate via APIs, use Git and CI/CD, troubleshoot production issues, and document systems and workflows.

Manage and grow an assigned book of business for Intermedia's cloud communication and collaboration solutions. Drive retention and expansion through upsell/cross-sell, prospect new logos, deliver demos and proposals, collaborate cross-functionally on migrations and upgrades, and consistently meet or exceed quota while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Sell Intermedia cloud communications services through channel partners, manage partner relationships from pre-sale to post-sale, meet monthly sales targets, prospect new partner-led opportunities, deliver sales presentations, support partner onboarding and churn protection, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.

Partner with business stakeholders to design and build data models and production-ready data products using Snowflake, dbt, and Power BI. Implement SQL-based transforms, optimize Power BI semantic models (DAX, Power Query), define metrics, create data quality tests, and collaborate with data engineers via Git-based workflows.

Deploy, maintain, and automate application infrastructure on GCP using Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, and Terraform. Build automation pipelines, support and troubleshoot in-house and third-party apps, document processes, and participate in on-call rotation.

Provide remote technical support for Intermedia cloud communications products via phone, web, and live chat. Troubleshoot VoIP/UCaaS/CCaaS issues, document bugs and trends, escalate appropriately, assist teammates, and identify upsell opportunities while meeting KPI goals.

Manage partner communications from quote to order: answer calls/emails, create and submit quotes for Intermedia Cloud Voice, fulfill orders, review orders with channel partners, coordinate VoIP testing and installation, and provide white-glove sales support to channel partners.
