Develops and executes Treasury Management sales strategies for existing, new, and prospective commercial clients. Drives revenue and sales goals through networking, client needs analysis, product proposals, working capital analysis, and partnership with Relationship Managers. Provides treasury product demonstrations and training, supports onboarding, manages analyst workloads, tracks implementation timelines, and prepares reports for management. Requires strong knowledge of treasury products, pricing, payment and receivable processes, and cash flow analysis.

Develop and grow client relationships, generate revenue, and provide financial advice, investment solutions, and estate-planning guidance. Build referral partnerships with bank employees and external centers of influence, conduct client meetings and annual reviews, assess changing financial objectives, and coordinate services across financial planning, brokerage, trust, insurance, and family office teams. Support business development through community engagement and communicate the firm’s value proposition.

Supports Relationship Managers serving high-net-worth and consumer clients through banking operations, account opening, loan processing, client service, product recommendations, cross-selling, portfolio support, and prospect development. Manages smaller accounts as a primary contact, identifies client needs, coordinates with internal wealth partners, maintains client records and schedules, and assists with sales strategies and deal closing. Occasional evening or weekend client entertainment may be required.

Conduct complex enhanced due diligence and financial crime investigations for client relationships. Analyze transactions and large data sets for suspicious activity, document findings, recommend risk ratings or account closures, review prospective clients during onboarding, support regulatory examinations and audits, and assist with training and departmental assignments.

Provides analytical support for underwriting commercial and commercial real estate loans. Responsibilities include interpreting financial statements, preparing credit approval documentation, monitoring covenants, updating loan records, researching industries, identifying borrower trends, and supporting Portfolio and Relationship Managers in managing commercial loan portfolios and client relationships.

Provides complex client account servicing for banking clients, including new account opening, KYC and beneficial ownership documentation, account maintenance, inquiries, fraud claims, and issue resolution. Supports lending operations through documentation review, payment collection, credit line advances, and exception management. Identifies cross-selling opportunities, coordinates with operational teams, prepares reports and client materials, and provides administrative support to market leadership.

Develops client relationships and referral partnerships, grows market revenue, conducts financial reviews, recommends investment and planning solutions, and coordinates banking, brokerage, trust, insurance, and family-office resources. The role also requires community business development, consultative sales, and maintaining strong knowledge of financial markets and investment offerings.

Provides senior-level credit analysis and underwriting support for complex commercial lending relationships. Responsibilities include financial statement spreading, borrower and guarantor analysis, loan renewals and modifications, covenant monitoring, credit approval documentation, exposure calculations, industry research, portfolio monitoring, and participation in transaction structuring. Partners with relationship and portfolio managers, credit risk leaders, clients, and senior management while mentoring junior analysts and ensuring compliance with lending policies.

Supports wealth management advisors by managing client relationships, account opening and maintenance, documentation, transaction processing, compliance procedures, service requests, and operational workflows. Maintains accurate client data, coordinates with sales, compliance, and business teams, resolves issues, supports client and prospect meetings, and helps improve systems and processes. Requires strong communication, organization, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Performs account reconciliations and general ledger reviews to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, approvals, and proper financial statement inclusion. Researches and resolves discrepancies, assists departments with correcting entries, supports accounting process improvements, and provides guidance on company policies and procedures. Works Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in an onsite corporate accounting environment.
