Partner with broking desks and stakeholders to capture requirements, maintain backlog, translate needs into user stories, coordinate delivery with developers and QA, run UAT, validate business logic, support releases, analyze usage and metrics to improve rates and credit trading workflows.

Provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to the CHRO: manage calendar and travel, draft and prioritize correspondence, prepare presentations and meeting materials, track projects and documentation, create basic Excel dashboards, and identify process improvements using AI and automation.

Perform quality assurance reviews of CDD/KYC files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance; identify gaps, provide actionable feedback, document findings, and support process improvements alongside Compliance, AML, and Operations.

Lead reconciliations, variance analysis, and control execution for finance transformation. Validate automation and AI outputs, maintain audit-ready evidence, manage exceptions and remediation, and coordinate with auditors and cross-functional teams to ensure control frameworks and data integrity.

Lead global consolidation and financial close processes, own consolidation systems (HFM, Essbase, Oracle), resolve intercompany breaks, strengthen SOX controls, drive close acceleration and automation, manage consolidation impacts from reorganizations/M&A, and lead a consolidation team with IT and finance stakeholders.

Serve as liaison between Shared Services and technology teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI-driven process improvements. Document requirements, map and optimize processes, facilitate stakeholder workshops, support change management, and collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to implement transformation initiatives.

Support attorneys and Chief Technology and IP Counsel on IT transactional contracts and M&A due diligence. Maintain IT contract templates, assist drafting/review/negotiation of software, data, SaaS, hosting and other technology agreements, and review vendor/customer contracts for transferability, change-of-control, and IP issues.

Manage client and allocator relationships across a designated territory, identify introduction opportunities through market research, expand hedge fund and institutional investor coverage, coordinate events, maintain detailed records, respond to inquiries, and work on-site in the New York office Monday–Friday.

Create on-brand digital and print marketing and sales materials (ads, social, email, landing pages, brochures, presentations). Support event and headshot photography, basic retouching, and video/post-production. Maintain asset libraries and ensure compliance with brand guidelines while collaborating with marketing and business teams to translate campaign objectives into static and animated visual content.

Provide administrative and operational support for the Equity & Partnership team including workflow initiation, data entry/validation, recurring and ad‑hoc reporting, basic data analysis, deadline tracking, process improvement, shared mailbox and dashboard management, and general team support to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
