Own and evolve the Quill brand strategy and governance; lead enterprise marketing calendar and integrated brand campaigns across owned and earned channels; direct consumer PR and organic social; align cross-functionally and manage agencies, budgets, and brand measurement/KPIs; build scalable marketing operations and serve as senior brand spokesperson.

Provide deskside, infrastructure, and remote technical support across warehouses and offices: troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and mobile devices; image and deploy PCs using SCCM/JAMF; support wired/wireless networks, printers, and telephony; manage assets and documentation in ServiceNow; coordinate vendors; participate in site projects and 24/7 on-call rotation.

Drive account growth and profitability by securing renewals and incremental contracts. Develop and execute account growth plans, collaborate with category and support teams, use sales tools to prioritize activity, negotiate pricing, implement customer programs, and build executive relationships to maximize retention and profitability.
