Participate in function-based accounting activities (revenue deferrals, expense recording, depreciation), complete month-end close, reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensure GAAP/IFRS and SOX compliance, support audits, interact with global partners, and drive process improvements and special projects.

The role involves driving sales for prefabricated ADU houses, building client relationships, and collaborating with design teams to meet client needs.

Lead and support SEC reporting including preparation and review of Form 10-Q/10-K, financial statements, XBRL tagging, cash flow and stock-based compensation accounting, goodwill/intangible analyses, close tasks, and audit/PBC support.

Provide high-level administrative support to two senior executives: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, handle executive communications, prepare correspondence/presentations/reports, process expense reports and assist budget tracking, organize meetings and capture minutes, follow up on action items, and support special projects and team events while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Administer the company learning management system, assess and implement training programs, set up audience definitions and recurrence patterns, run compliance reports, analyze training data using Excel, support course development and troubleshooting, and coordinate training activities across the business.

Plan and execute field data collection pilots, create operational playbooks and SOPs, document workflows, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track timelines, and travel to pilot locations as needed to unblock execution and mitigate operational risks.

Annotate 3D LiDAR/point cloud and 2D camera imagery using bounding boxes, cuboids, polygons, and pixel-level segmentation. Identify and classify objects, static road features, and traffic landmarks per strict taxonomies to build HD maps. Collaborate with engineers, follow labeling guidelines, meet production benchmarks, and complete on-site training and a background investigation.
