Manage daily delivery and installation logistics across New England, match jobs with installer crews, oversee subcontractor relationships, track projects from order to installation, coordinate inbound product and branch inventory, onboard and develop installers, run the branch when the Territory Manager is unavailable, and build processes to scale toward branch/territory leadership.
