The Associate Employment Attorney will counsel clients on employment issues, defend against claims, support litigation efforts, and draft legal documents while providing legal education.

Manage a docket of personal injury litigation from filing through resolution or trial. Develop strategy, draft pleadings and motions, conduct depositions/mediations/hearings, coordinate experts, analyze medical records and damages, maintain client communication, and try cases when necessary while collaborating with firm leadership and support staff.

The Office Manager/Bookkeeper is responsible for managing daily accounting functions, including AR/AP and payroll processing, while supporting office operations, purchasing, and logistics coordination.

Manage commercial flooring projects from award through closeout: review plans and specs, coordinate schedules, logistics, and installations, track costs, handle RFIs/change orders/closeout, conduct jobsite visits, and maintain client and field communication to keep projects on schedule and profitable.
