Manage tax returns from preparation through filing, review individual and business returns, resolve client questions, identify tax issues, and ensure accuracy. The role focuses on Form 1040 returns, with occasional Form 990 work and specialized clergy and nonprofit tax matters. Responsibilities also include organizing busy-season workflow, improving processes, mentoring staff, and supporting the growth of the tax department while building long-term client relationships.

Supports complex commercial litigation from case development through discovery, depositions, arbitration, trial, and resolution. The role is hybrid, requiring New York City office attendance Tuesday through Thursday.

Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation; support progress billing, invoice processing, AP/AR, payroll support, and financial reconciliations. Maintain project budgets, tracking spreadsheets, and reporting tools; coordinate contract administration across project lifecycles and ensure accurate financial records for multiple active construction projects.

Serve as the senior finance leader for a residential homebuilder, leading financial strategy, budgeting/forecasting, land development pro formas, construction accounting, cash and capital planning, lender relationships, and accounting operations to protect margins and support growth.

Lead design and launch of fastening products from concept to production.
