Lead detection, triage, and resolution of processing errors to protect compliance and finances; manage daily error queues; draft technical specifications and test plans; validate and reconcile data using intermediate-to-advanced SQL; maintain documentation and knowledge base; coordinate cross-functional delivery of crop insurance requirements; provide responsive customer support and drive automation/improvement initiatives.

Investigate, evaluate, and adjust surety bond claims; review coverage and liability; manage outside counsel and litigation; establish reserves; recommend settlements; ensure timely payments and regulatory compliance.

Expected on-site four days weekly.

Serve as primary advocate for client needs across moderately complex accounts, ensure timely implementation of products/services, coordinate internal teams, support renewals and growth, prepare marketing materials and reports, and maintain strong client relationships.

Manage a portfolio of commercial general liability and commercial auto claims nationwide. Investigate coverage, liability, damages and exposure; analyze documentation; develop reserving and settlement strategies; negotiate settlements; participate in mediations/trials as needed; authorize payments within delegated authority; maintain claim records; and collaborate with underwriting, risk engineering, and partners to resolve complex casualty claims.
