Manage surety bond underwriting, assess risk, make credit decisions, develop stakeholder relationships, and coach team members. Requires financial analysis skills and 7+ years of experience.

Maintains databases and data documentation, performs audits and validation, analyzes data from multiple sources, and creates reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Collaborates with departments to address reporting needs, identifies trends and process improvements, and presents actionable findings to stakeholders. The role also supports insurance document tracking, adjuster license renewals, and internal claim audits.

Investigates and maintains insurance claims, evaluates coverage and liability, gathers documentation, establishes reserves, negotiates settlements, and ensures timely payments. Handles complex communications, participates in arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and trials, and ensures compliance with laws and company procedures. Provides technical guidance to junior staff and may coach or support talent-management decisions. New York Labor claims experience is strongly preferred.

Assists with analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive models for insurance underwriting, pricing, claims, and retention, and building data pipelines and automated reporting. Collaborates with actuarial, underwriting, claims, product, and data engineering teams to solve business problems. Communicates insights through visualization and data storytelling, monitors model performance and data quality, and explores new data sources and modeling techniques while supporting insurance model governance.

Develops and manages an assigned crop insurance agency territory by prospecting and appointing agencies, building broker relationships, and achieving production and profitability goals. Creates marketing and agency action plans, trains agencies on products and services, analyzes competitive conditions and agent results, and supports underwriting, pricing, risk selection, and policy binding within authority. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, insurance and regulatory knowledge, and frequent day and overnight travel throughout Iowa.

Manage New Jersey workers’ compensation claims from inception through resolution. Responsibilities include investigating claims, evaluating coverage and compensability, setting reserves, negotiating settlements, developing resolution strategies, preparing large-loss reports, collaborating with defense counsel and external resources, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining documentation, analyzing claim trends, and communicating with stakeholders.
